3 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with showers, practical and functional for groups and families.
The exterior is one of the great attractions of this property: a spacious landscaped area with a private swimming pool of 17 x 9 metres, barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. It also has exterior parking with capacity for 8 vehicles within the estate.
