The impressive COLONIAL house is a historic vacation villa located a few kilometers from Salou and Port Aventura. This farm has great cultural value and was owned by the Gaudí family. In its 4 private hectares, guests will be able to exclusively visit an intact refuge from the Spanish civil war, which adds a unique historical element to their stay.
The farm has a large private pool, a beautiful garden, a tennis court and a children's playground. In addition, it has an outdoor terrace with barbecue area to enjoy meals outdoors. In the garden, there is a spacious 50m² glass-enclosed gym, where you can enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends. It also has private parking for several cars and free Wi-Fi.
The house has been recently renovated and is fully equipped to offer maximum comfort. Are distributed in 2 plants. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a beautiful dining table and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. There is also a double room with a matrimonial bed and a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the second floor, there is another living room with access to a beautiful terrace and a metal staircase that leads to the roof terrace. In addition, there is a double suite-type room with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, three double rooms with single beds in each one, and another complete bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
