With a surface area of over 400 m², Lake Villa offers a comfortable and spacious stay for up to 14 people.

It has a spacious living-dining room with access to the garden and a fully equipped independent kitchen, in addition to six bedrooms distributed as follows:

Bedroom 2: double bed + extra bed
Bedroom 3: double bed + extra bed
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds
Bedroom 5: 2 single beds
Bedroom 6: 2 single beds

The villa has 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, 2 bathrooms with showers and an additional toilet, offering all the necessary comfort for large groups.

Equipment and amenities

Lake Villa has air conditioning in the living room and several bedrooms, heat pump heating, two televisions with international channels, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven.

In the exterior, you will find an extensive garden with a private swimming pool, barbecue area, and outdoor furniture to relax in the open air. The property offers several parking spaces within the estate (up to 9 vehicles).

A deposit of €1,000 with a credit card will also be required. Refundable 7 days after departure.

Internet connection via WIFI is a service that the company offers free of charge for actions that consume a not very high amount of data. This service has not been taken into account when setting the reservation price, so it will not be possible to claim due to speed problems or lack of connection.
