    Description

    The MARTORELL House is a fantastic terraced house located in Cambrils with a private swimming pool, a popular tourist destination. This holiday home has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people, making it the perfect accommodation for families or large groups.

    The house is distributed over 2 floors plus an attic. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room and an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher. On this floor, there is also a suite-type bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a single bedroom. The cosy attic has 3 single beds.

    The MARTORELL House is decorated with high-quality finishes and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It is air-conditioned and features free WiFi.

    In the exterior, the house has a lovely garden with a private swimming pool, barbecue area, and an outdoor fridge for greater convenience. You will be able to enjoy moments of relaxation and fun outdoors.

    - Pool Hibernation: Not available from 1 November to 30 April. Check availability.

    The location of the house is ideal, as it is situated in a quiet area of Cambrils, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but still close to the beach and all the city's services. It is offered exclusively to families and couples who wish to enjoy the beach, local gastronomy, and shopping in the main stores.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

    Tourist tax not included in the price. Payment will be requested prior to arrival.

    A deposit of €1,000 with a credit card will also be required. Refundable 7 days after departure.

    Mandatory to complete online check-in before arrival in order to collect the accommodation keys.

    Internet/Wifi: It is only available if expressly indicated in the accommodation description. Internet connection via WIFI is a service that the company offers free of charge for actions that consume a not very high amount of data. This service has not been taken into account when setting the reservation price, so it will not be possible to claim due to speed problems or lack of connection.

    Al llegar dentro de la piscina había cristales de algún inquilino que había roto una copa y estuvimos sin bañarnos hasta que vinieron a revisarlo. También algunas Luces fundidas en la casa que tuvieron que venir a reparar.

      This charming villa features typical architecture from the Santorini region, in the Greek Cyclades Islands. With its beautiful dome and a solarium terrace, you can contemplate the spectacular sunrise of the Golden Coast.

      The villa is located on a plot of approximately 500m², and features a private swimming pool, sunbathing area, lawn, chill-out terrace and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Enjoy the good Mediterranean climate and relax in this peaceful and charming setting.

      Distributed across several levels, the villa consists of a large dining room with views of the swimming pool. From here, stairs lead you to a suite-style bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with crockery and appliances, including a dishwasher. From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor dining area with a barbecue.

      On the same floor, you will find a double bedroom with twin beds, a family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The dome, located on the upper floor, is a lovely lounge with TV and access to the solarium. From the lounge, through some stairs, you reach another cosy suite-type bedroom, with a wooden attic ceiling and a bathroom with a shower.
