Beautiful semidetached house located in the peaceful area of Cap Salou, at only few metres from the best beaches of Salou (Cala Crancs, Platja Llarga) and surrounded by Port Aventura’s green golf courses.
The house is divided in two floors and a solarium with views to Port Aventura theme park. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a private garden and a barbecue.
Optional parking according to availability.
The residential complex has also open green areas, a large swimming pool.
The location is exceptional, at only 500 metres from the beach, at 50 metres from a supermarket and at 100 metres from a bus stop.
