Located right in the heart of La Pineda, less than 100m from the beach. Right in front of the Pau Casals Promenade.
Very close to the Pinar del Perruquet, a beautiful children's park inspired by the main elements of nature, and located right on the beachfront.
During the summer, a lot of activities are organised there, especially for families (shows, summer cinema, concerts...) That's why it's the ideal place for a family holiday on the Costa Daurada.
Moreover, in the surrounding area you'll find all kinds of services, restaurants and shops. And it's just a stone's throw from the Aquopolis Costa Daurada water park and the Aquum SPA.
The NEIA apartment is a penthouse and has a large terrace with sea views where you're sure to enjoy fantastic summer nights.
