It is the perfect accommodation for a beach holiday without giving up any comfort. It has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans.

Seria para bién que el ventilador en el dormitorio principal funcionara (estaba defectuoso) y para mejorar, en el segundo dormitorio la instalacion de un ventilador.

Located in the heart of La Pineda, less than 100m from the beach. Right opposite Paseo Pau Casals.
Very close to Pinar del Perruquet, a lovely children's playground inspired by the main elements of nature, and located right on the beachfront.
During the summer, a lot of activities are organised there especially aimed at families (shows, open-air cinema, concerts…) That's why it's the ideal place for a holiday with children on the Costa Daurada.
Furthermore, in the surroundings you will find all kinds of services, restaurants and shops. And it is just a stone's throw from the Aquopolis Costa Daurada water park and the Aquum SPA.
The NEIA apartment is a penthouse and features a large terrace with sea views where you will surely enjoy fantastic summer evenings.
